Posting on behalf of my dad - After numerous visits to both the previous and current salon, my experience with gel nails has always been satisfactory. However, my recent visit to have my Christmas nails removed left me disappointed. The older gentleman who removed them left my nails in a terrible state - rough, full of craters, and sensitive to warm water.
