I have had positive encounters with all practitioners, but particularly with Alex who is highly skilled and approaches situations with a serene and understanding manner. The only suggestion for improvement would be better internal communication among staff, as there have been instances where agreements made were not recorded or relayed, causing confusion during subsequent visits with different personnel. The recent experience with a new beautician left me with a cut from the threading. Despite the pain and bleeding, the response was merely an "oops" and excessive pressure with the soothing gel. The full charge for the service seemed unjust, especially given the injury. Upon raising the issue with the manager, the lack of concern and professionalism was disappointing.
