Extremely discourteous staff! I had visited this establishment previously and had a positive experience, which prompted my return. However, on this occasion, I observed that they were severely understaffed, leading them to begin working on another client's nails in the midst of attending to mine. Despite spending a significant amount, there was no acknowledgment or gratitude when I made the payment – the staff member did not even make eye contact while accepting the money. While I comprehend that they may become overwhelmed with clients, I noticed that they displayed a much friendlier attitude towards certain regular patrons. Unfortunately, I felt like an inconvenience during my visit.
