I have had positive encounters with all practitioners, but particularly with Alex who is highly skilled and approaches situations with a serene and understanding manner. The only suggestion for improvement would be better internal communication among staff, as there have been instances where agreements made were not recorded or relayed, causing confusion during subsequent visits with different personnel. Yvonne and the girls are fantastic!! They make you feel at ease and help you decide on the best treatment. I highly suggest laser hair removal!! Results are worth every penny, though sessions needed vary based on hair type. The products they use/sell have greatly improved my skin.
