I have had positive encounters with all practitioners, but particularly with Alex who is highly skilled and approaches situations with a serene and understanding manner. The only suggestion for improvement would be better internal communication among staff, as there have been instances where agreements made were not recorded or relayed, causing confusion during subsequent visits with different personnel.
