I've been a regular here, but lately, my nails have been chipping. I tried another place, and after 3 weeks, no chipping! However, they were too busy, so I went back to Rihanna's. Sadly, after just 3 days, some polish came off. Won't be returning. I was receiving a service at Cheshire Treatment Lounge & my therapist, Lottie (Charlotte) noticed a mark by my tear duct that I had assumed was a scratch for several months. “That’s not a scratch” she mentioned & suggested I get it checked, which I did. It turned out to be a Basal Cell Carcinoma, a benign tumour, which needed immediate removal. The full charge for the service seemed unjust, especially given the injury. Upon raising the issue with the manager, the lack of concern and professionalism was disappointing.
