Today, my daughter and I visited this salon for a gel French tip manicure and a mini manicure for my child. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. While the gentleman who did our nails was pleasant, the lady who greeted us was rather rude. My daughter's nails, which had plain varnish with glitter on top, started coming off within just 3 hours. This has never happened to us before, and I believe it may be due to the lack of nail preparation before painting - no base coat or cleaning to remove debris. I found the individuals here to be really friendly.
I've visited twice.
On both occasions, I had to specifically request a manicure in addition to shellac. Normally, the manicure is included in the service.
However, on both visits, the shellac nails only lasted less than a week before chipping.

Had a terrible experience today, not informed about needing my daughter's birth certificate for an ear piercing, we were denied service. My concern wasn't the mistake but the lack of empathy towards my crying nine-year-old. A simple apology and rescheduling would have sufficed. Instead, Susie's horrible attitude made the situation worse.
