Substandard establishment, exorbitant prices, and unsatisfactory outcomes. I visited for laser ear-hair removal just three days ago. I was subjected to a dry shave which resulted in cuts on both my ears. The laser treatment failed to eliminate any hairs, and now they are regrowing even more aggressively due to the dry shave. Furthermore, I was charged 36 GBP, a fee so high that even the individual processing the payment seemed surprised. It is worth noting that I had undergone ear hair laser removal twice in Turkey (without a dry shave) for a mere 5 GBP and was extremely pleased with the results. Therefore, the poor outcome cannot be attributed to me.
