I specifically chose to visit STIL because the owner is Swedish and I wanted subtle, natural-looking highlights. Instead, I now have varying shades of grey and bright white, with patches of darkness in between. My hair feels dry and tangled, and my scalp is red and irritated. A few months back, I got my ears pierced by Paris, and she did an excellent job. She was professional and very kind throughout the process. However, some of the other staff at the front desk seemed a bit impatient while we were selecting jewellery. Perhaps they were just having a rough day. Overall, it was a mostly positive experience.
