Substandard establishment, exorbitant prices, and unsatisfactory outcomes. I visited for laser ear-hair removal just three days ago. I was subjected to a dry shave which resulted in cuts on both my ears. The laser treatment failed to eliminate any hairs, and now they are regrowing even more aggressively due to the dry shave. Furthermore, I was charged 36 GBP, a fee so high that even the individual processing the payment seemed surprised. It is worth noting that I had undergone ear hair laser removal twice in Turkey (without a dry shave) for a mere 5 GBP and was extremely pleased with the results. Therefore, the poor outcome cannot be attributed to me. I would suggest avoiding the younger individual responsible for nail treatments; despite my repeated polite requests, she disregarded my wish not to have my cuticles cut. Furthermore, she caused a scene by arguing with her colleague over wrapping plastic around my toes before allowing me to put my shoes back on to prevent smudging - they claimed to have run out of cellophane, so I requested a plastic bag that I could cut up. She raised her voice at her colleague after he provided it to me, resulting in an uncomfortable and bizarre situation. I do not plan on returning.About
