Furthermore, she caused a scene by arguing with her colleague over wrapping plastic around my toes before allowing me to put my shoes back on to prevent smudging - they claimed to have run out of cellophane, so I requested a plastic bag that I could cut up. She raised her voice at her colleague after he provided it to me, resulting in an uncomfortable and bizarre situation. I do not plan on returning.About
