Took my young lad for his debut trim. The gent Jack who did it was grand, but the trim is truly dreadful! It's all choppy, no blend, too many layers. I know he's just a tot so not the easiest client, but he hardly budged, very well-mannered. Adore this salon, felt under the weather with a head cold today, tested negative for covid, reached out to Debra and she gave me the green light to come in. I left with my hair styled exactly how I like it and feeling much improved, truly uplifting. Debra always listens and nails it every time.
