Terrible experience with James. No attention to detail during my dermaplaning facial, left feeling disappointed and irritated. I usually see another therapist as this isn't the first time this has occurred, so I wouldn't have purposely scheduled with him. I had previously booked my dad in for a special occasion, and when he also had issues with his treatment by the same individual they were dismissed! We were able to compare notes as we both had the same service but from different therapists, and I also noticed you receive much less value for your money with James performing the treatment.
