I have referred many friends to Sara and they have all been delighted. Personally, I adore the results of my LVL treatment - my lashes have never looked better! For every event, I make sure to get a Spray Tan two days prior, always achieving that gorgeous golden glow without any streaks. Additionally, I visit Sara monthly for my B12 top-up. After a disappointing time at my previous hair salon, I approached a new one with caution. I have visited this salon twice now and have no complaints about the service, except for a few things…
1. Each barber I have seen has left before my next visit. Last week, I called to check if the same barber was still there, only to be informed that he had left. This lack of consistency is concerning, especially considering the cost of the service, and the uncertainty of getting a new barber every time.
2. Appointments cannot be made, which is unusual for a high-end salon that invests time with its clients. Waiting in a queue can be quite time-consuming.
