Every time I have passed a mirror today, I've had to double take because I love it. I see Mia twice a year, and I look forward to it so much!!!! I trust her implicitly with my hair 100%. She knows what she is doing with the colour, cut, and style. Not only that, considering I only see her twice a year, she always remembers the conversations we have had in the past, which is so lovely and just adds such a lovely element to the experience. Lovely venue, even lovelier carer of hair! (I think she may be an amazing hair witch... she is so good!) I was fortunate to secure a slot as a model for my lip enhancement procedure. With age, I have noticed fine lines appearing, and I desired more definition. Emily and her trainees were all incredibly pleasant, and the process was explained thoroughly. I communicated the desired colour, and Emily discussed with her students about my skin tone, ensuring to add warmth without altering the colour drastically. My lip shape was outlined first, and Emily was constantly available, never too far from her students. Each stage was shown to me to ensure satisfaction with the shape before completing the process. I felt confident in the student who was very kind and ensured my well-being throughout.
