Kahla has been styling my hair for many years. She is extremely skilled and delightful. I've tried braids, butterfly locs, perms, hair dye, and trims. I highly recommend her services.

I inquired about any available slots later that day or on Saturday, explaining my struggle with pain and reliance on painkillers, but was met with a negative response.

Had a delightful facial with Emma, extremely friendly and professional, she made me feel so at ease. The room was delightful and serene, just perfect for some pampering. Would definitely return.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch mine and my daughter's hair. She always listens and makes us feel at ease in the lovely salon. Wouldn’t have any other hair stylist. Kara is stuck with us 😝 xx

I had my brows microbladed and have had a top up, as well as threaded. Maisa did an excellent job and I’m really happy with the results. She did them exactly as I’d asked. As well as being professional, Maisa is really friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend her services

Regrettably, my visit left me let down. Second time here, opting for a full black head tint. As stylist Petra. My hair doesn't match in roots and lengths, so for a consistent black hue, this should be taken into account. Instead, I now sport a two-toned head (refer to image), with the back appearing noticeably brown and the front not completely black. Petra deliberately avoided showing me the back of my head in the mirror after finishing, trying to conceal the error, but I noticed anyway. I was compensated with a £30 discount. But that's not all, Petra failed to apply any protective cream on my forehead to prevent skin staining, resulting in black dye marks on my face for a full 2 hours, even dyeing my facial hair (refer to image)! This has never occurred to me before! I had to pluck out the dyed hairs individually at home, as well as clean the dye spots on my skin. Hopefully, there will be no lasting damage on my forehead from regrowth, or I may need to consult a dermatologist and possibly take serious action. Highly unprofessional, I strongly advise against.
