A small jewel in a very reachable part of Coulsdon. I had a sports massage with Liz and was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed the moment I stepped in.
They were able to quickly identify which areas and muscles needed the most attention and I’ve felt so relaxed and less tense since leaving. Looking forward to my next one and so forth.
