Being of a petite stature, the pads kept slipping, necessitating me to hold them in place for 15 minutes and readjust them at other intervals. I have requested a refund for the subsequent session but have not received a response. I've received numerous compliments; this is hands down my favourite spot. I've been doing my nails for years, and of all the places I've tried, this one has never let me down from day one. My top two go-to people there are Tony and Nicky; they always deliver and listen to your requests. The quality is top-notch! Even after 4 weeks, my nails are still strong with no issues, just needing a refresh and colour change. I usually opt for acrylic overlays on my natural nails. The prices are just right!
