The reason provided was technical issues at the Croydon store, but I fail to understand the complexity of assembling items. I even offered to assist with a new service called click, packityourself and collect! I am deeply saddened, frustrated, and disappointed, especially given the time elapsed. Instead of gently priming my nails, he aggressively used an electric filer on my cuticles - the moment I should've left. The result was the worst set ever.
