The provision of a private space where she consults with you was particularly reassuring as I was apprehensive about discussing my hair loss in a public setting. Helana demonstrated exceptional professionalism and displayed a profound understanding of the emotional toll of hair loss. She explored various solutions with me and together we formulated a plan of action.
My hair loss had worsened significantly before my subsequent appointment, yet she managed to accommodate me at the salon within less than 24 hours and arranged for a remarkable wig. It looks so natural that no one believes it's a wig when I disclose it. She even followed up to inquire about my progress. ABSOLUTE best nail experience I've ever had!! The nail artists here are absolute MASTERS at nail art- they flawlessly recreated the design from my reference photo and gave me the nails of my dreams!! My entire set (gel extensions + nail art) was completed in under an hour and a half. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the top-notch service they provide. They offer a wide range of specialty polishes (chrome, cat eye, 3D, diamonds, etc). The technicians were exceptionally friendly and created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The woman at the salon was very unfriendly. I felt really uncomfortable. She even hurt my finger with the file, causing a blister. One nail is crooked, and the third one is poorly done.
