I had a gait analysis session with Emma, and it was exceptional. We had a thorough discussion about my running habits, goals, and any issues I faced. Throughout the assessment, Emma explained everything clearly and addressed all my queries. She meticulously reviewed the treadmill footage to illustrate areas for improvement. The feedback she provided during the final treadmill run on correcting my form was invaluable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a worthwhile investment. This was my first visit here to have my nails professionally done. Since I don't have much experience to compare it to, I can only speak about my current experience. There was a slight wait, around 15 minutes, but overall, the nail service took a bit longer than expected. This was due to the staff efficiently using time, such as when my nails were drying, to attend to another customer (multitasking), which is completely understandable. I was consistently checked with regarding the shape, length, etc., of my nails during the process, which I truly appreciate.About
