He dedicated plenty of time for the appointment and let me add a re-piercing of one of my seconds too as it had been done in the wrong place years ago elsewhere. There was a slight wait, around 15 minutes, but overall, the nail service took a bit longer than expected. This was due to the staff efficiently using time, such as when my nails were drying, to attend to another customer (multitasking), which is completely understandable.
