He dedicated plenty of time for the appointment and let me add a re-piercing of one of my seconds too as it had been done in the wrong place years ago elsewhere. This was my first visit here to have my nails professionally done. Since I don't have much experience to compare it to, I can only speak about my current experience. There was a slight wait, around 15 minutes, but overall, the nail service took a bit longer than expected. This was due to the staff efficiently using time, such as when my nails were drying, to attend to another customer (multitasking), which is completely understandable.
