I had a lovely experience at the salon today. Becky, the hairdresser I was scheduled with, was kind and considerate. Unfortunately, she realized that too much length had been cut off my hair previously, so she couldn't proceed with the haircut. I appreciate her honesty and understanding. I have rebooked for a haircut in six weeks. The salon has a great atmosphere, and the customer service is top-notch. When I arrived feeling cold, a young man kindly offered me a cup of tea. I was truly impressed by the kindness of the staff.
