The lady or daughter of the owner who did my nails was rude and pushy to me. Entered the salon seeking specific hues, but alas, they were not available. Improvised with a different palette while another lady, not tending to my nails, attempted to persuade me into a colour I had not selected. To compound matters, she was rather impolite, mentioning the closing time despite it being only 3:45. With nearly two fingers lacking colour, I struggled to make a choice. She then brusquely informed me to return at 3 next time. Perplexed as to why they agreed to do my nails if time was an issue. Alas, my nails resemble the work of an amateur. I had a lovely experience at the salon today. Becky, the hairdresser I was scheduled with, was kind and considerate. Unfortunately, she realized that too much length had been cut off my hair previously, so she couldn't proceed with the haircut. I appreciate her honesty and understanding. I have rebooked for a haircut in six weeks. The salon has a great atmosphere, and the customer service is top-notch. When I arrived feeling cold, a young man kindly offered me a cup of tea. I was truly impressed by the kindness of the staff. It had been over 12 years since my last tattoo, so I was a bit apprehensive, but she made the entire process incredibly enjoyable. The individual who performed the piercings was also delightful, offering advice on a recent piercing from another place and even a comforting cup of tea! I had a wonderful experience at Sandys! The ladies were all so polite and gentle with me, they recommended the best treatment for my short and fair lashes. I was thrilled with how they looked after the lash lift and tint! They appeared incredibly long and fluffy! When I applied mascara the next day, they resembled classic extensions, such a noticeable difference!
It's been 5 weeks since I had them done and they still look curled!
An excellent job, definitely worth the money.
