I had a lovely experience at the salon today. Becky, the hairdresser I was scheduled with, was kind and considerate. Unfortunately, she realized that too much length had been cut off my hair previously, so she couldn't proceed with the haircut. I appreciate her honesty and understanding. I have rebooked for a haircut in six weeks. The salon has a great atmosphere, and the customer service is top-notch. When I arrived feeling cold, a young man kindly offered me a cup of tea. I was truly impressed by the kindness of the staff. Opting for private care, I am left with the impression that this private healthcare facility was a scam and an absurd overcharge. I was billed £42.00 for a ten-minute session that did not meet my expectations. I had a wonderful experience at Sandys! The ladies were all so polite and gentle with me, they recommended the best treatment for my short and fair lashes. I was thrilled with how they looked after the lash lift and tint! They appeared incredibly long and fluffy! When I applied mascara the next day, they resembled classic extensions, such a noticeable difference!
It's been 5 weeks since I had them done and they still look curled!
An excellent job, definitely worth the money.
