Regrettably, I wish I could provide a more positive review, but I scheduled an appointment last Saturday for my partner to take his daughter as a special treat. When they returned to me, the paint was on her skin and not near her nails. They were not placed under the lamp to dry, so she ended up with wet polish, which isn't ideal for a child. Ultimately, the polish smeared and chipped where it was not applied correctly. I visited Profile to see David for a much-needed cut and colour on my hair. I have very long, dense hair and it's hard to keep it down with my 3 children, so it's usually up in a bun or ponytail which has damaged it. David has truly revived it. His hand-painted balayage skills are exceptional, I've never witnessed anything like it! He takes immense pride in his craft, and his technique is outstanding. You can truly see his passion for his work. Lovely salon, very inviting and having coffee available is a treat for a weary mum. I left feeling rejuvenated, with lush and healthy hair and I couldn't be happier. I will recommend David to everyone, you won't be let down! A truly remarkable spa. I initially hesitated when booking a 3-hour facility usage due to the relatively high cost for a short period. However, it proved to be worth every penny. The staff are incredibly attentive and even remembered special requests I had made in my booking notes. Since it was a small birthday treat, they surprised me with delicious snacks. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the various rooms, and the pool was incredibly soothing. The dressing room exudes luxury! I must share how amazing my candles are! Sent a cinnamon and vanilla hamper to my mother for Mother's Day, arrived in 48 hours. She loved the scent even in the box! Discovered Maiden Dorset at Winchester Christmas market, got her the orange and clove curved candle--she adored it! These candles and customer service are top-notch. Maiden Dorset is now my go-to for gifts. Thank you, Maiden Dorset!
