Following a car crash 7 years ago, I've battled neck tightness and other health issues leading to constant headaches and neck stiffness. After a session with Danielle, my neck has more mobility, and my dizziness and tension have vanished. She discussed Myofascial treatment and identified tight muscles. Amy was incredibly accommodating in scheduling my patch test at a convenient time, and Hettie did a fantastic job on my lashes! First visit and utterly let down. They were pleasant initially but at £40, my nails are uneven, mismatched in size, and the nail varnish is clumpy. I won't be back. I raised my concerns with the woman, but she insisted they looked fine and that the adhesive beneath the nail would wear off. Terrible. Furthermore, the daughter took over halfway through to paint the nails and did a subpar job. My sibling and I stumbled upon Lily online, and we are absolutely delighted we did. We felt a bit anxious upon arrival, but Lily made us feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. She engaged in conversation throughout the waxing process, making us feel very comfortable. It was completed before we even realised. Fantastic guidance on aftercare. We will definitely return for future appointments. I have a skin condition known as Hidradenitis suppurativa. Lily did some research on it prior to my appointment and ensured it was safe for me to proceed. After two days post-session, I have experienced no adverse effects and I genuinely hope it has benefitted me.
