My recent salon visit was dreadful. The hairstylist, Lee, who usually delivers impeccable haircuts, has recently fallen short. Upon visiting a new salon, the hairdresser was shocked by the poor quality of my haircut and inquired about the stylist responsible. Additionally, after two sessions with Lee attempting to achieve a lighter blonde shade as per my request, I was left disappointed. Despite paying a substantial amount for the service, my hair was left uneven and the colour was far from what I desired. When I raised my concerns, Lee dismissed them and insisted that the outcome matched my initial request. Feeling deceived, I have decided not to return to that salon. I felt compelled to share my experience as I felt that I had paid a significant sum for subpar results.
