I've been coming here to get my hair coloured every 5-6 weeks for the past year. The team is wonderful, and my hair always looks amazing. It was my premier visit to 'Enchanted' salon today in Dumbarton.
It was a delightful experience.
I felt at ease with such welcoming individuals there.
The stylist heeded my desired style and delivered a truly exquisite cut.
I was well cared for. It was an exceedingly warm day, and I was provided with ice-cold bottled water, a platter of biscuits and chocolate Swiss rolls, and a small red and white striped carton of freshly prepared popcorn 🍿. (The aroma was delightful).
Overall, a genuinely pleasant experience. 😊

I've frequented Dollface for the past 3 years and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Charlie is the master of eyebrows, meticulously shaping them to perfection, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. Since Chloe started doing my nails, they've been the healthiest and longest they've ever been! Her attention to detail in design and finish is impeccable. I have visited Alice nails on several occasions and initially, I was satisfied with my nails. However, during my most recent visit, they did not provide the length I requested, the shape was incorrect, and when I showed them the design I wanted, they were unable to replicate it. After settling for a simpler design, I expressed my dissatisfaction at the register but still had to pay the full price. Absolutely delightful and performed an outstanding job on little Rascal (who is quite stubborn when it comes to home grooming and consequently very tangled - not having been groomed since February, due to lockdown). Jocelyn exuded confidence and professionalism. Instilled in me the confidence to entrust Rascal with her. Rascal has been scheduled for another grooming session, of a less severe nature, in 8 weeks.

He truly understands how to communicate with customers and is a great source of entertainment as well. Honestly, Timpson's wouldn't be the same without him.
