The facials are exceptional here, I have tried all the products and the scents are divine! The salon features pedicure basins overlooking the square (shops) for ample people-watching. The hot stones treatment is truly memorable, I now go monthly as everyone deserves a pampering session. They offer a tanning solution that gives a natural glow so you won't look orange! I used it for a wedding and it was easy to remove. I adore the beauty lab cleanser, the other brand I can't pronounce is a game changer for my skin so definitely give it a try. A charming, personalized salon, clean with plenty of parking. The staff are friendly, prices are reasonable, but they could consider increasing prices for more luxurious items like facials, hot stone treatments, and body scrubs. Overall, it's a 5-star experience if you seek that personalized touch and to feel special, this is the place for you! Just had my chiropody session with Sam. I visited to have my hair fixed after attempting to cut it myself. We discussed my preferences and my aversion to using hairdryers (heat).
After a quick shampoo, she spent only five minutes on the cut. Then, to my surprise, she brought out the hairdryer, despite our prior agreement not to use it. She only used it briefly, though.
I wasn't happy with the final look, especially after she textured it with wax. When it came time to pay, I realized I had been there for only about 10 minutes and was shocked to be charged £40.
She justified the price by saying, "you had a cut and blow dry."
As I left, I understood why she used the hairdryer.
I should have refused to pay. I hope it was worth it for them because I won't be returning.About
