Upon entering the salon with my beautiful long dark blonde locks, I simply desired a touch-up for my roots. However, I was informed that a bleach bath followed by toner was necessary. After the process, my hair appeared murky and uneven, with patches of dark brown. The owner, Caroline, promised to rectify the situation two days later.
