Extremely disappointed with my visit. Mia was tardy, provided no consultation, and completely disregarded my specific requests for my haircut. The result was a haphazard mess of uneven lengths, with one side longer than the other and a chunk inexplicably missing. The styling was unbalanced, leaving my hair unruly and difficult to manage. Seeking a refund only led to confrontational behaviour from the salon staff. I strongly advise against visiting this salon for curly hair needs. Decided to try out Rayna today and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, and they even managed to fit me in last minute.
