Best £65 spent on a service! I’ve had the full body pregnancy massage and Alex was so professional with a calming technique and relaxing music. They even gave me some extra minutes of massage because I arrived early! And when they were done I thought oh that was fast! Then looked at my phone and it was almost 1.5 hours!
Felt so good and so relaxed after we finished. I highly recommend Alex for any pregnant person as they have years and years of experience.
I would definitely.come back in the future, pregnant or not!

Incredibly snug and peaceful hotel, with a great price. We stayed for 9 nights in a double-bed room. The location isn't in the city centre, but it's close to the bus station. Just to let everyone know I would have left 0 star but to post this I have to leave 1 star. I went for my hair appointment this morning which was scheduled for 9am. I arrived early at 8:45am as nobody was there yet I weighted out side. 9am came and still nobody had arrived door was locked and lights all out. I thought give it time they might be running a bit late. I weighted 40mins out side and still nobody has bothered to show up. By this time I was fed up and wasn’t prepped to weight any longer. It even states on there website that they open at 9am. Extremely bad customer service and extremely unreliable. I had my initial session with Nicola last October and my third session this month. All I can say is that she is highly skilled and I consider myself fortunate to have discovered her massage parlour. I had been grappling with back pain for over a year. Following my first session, I noticed a substantial difference in my body, particularly my back. I felt rejuvenated. My back pain had been a source of depression and had been impacting my mood for the past year. However, after my first session with her, my mood significantly improved. I felt less tense. The post-massage soreness was expected, but after a few days, I was eager for more sessions as I knew this was what my body had needed for a very long time. The massage was worth every penny. She recommended the perfect service for my body, which proved to be incredibly beneficial. Upon entering, the establishment was unclean. Hair from previous clients was scattered on the shelf in front of me and the clippers/comb were covered in other individuals' hair, truly revolting. There were no other customers present when I arrived, indicating it had been left unattended.
My fringe is uneven and the sides where they trimmed around my ears are asymmetrical, I will need to seek another place to fix this. The haircut lasted 5 minutes and cost £8.50. If you only desire a simple grade 2 all over for a few pounds, this place may suffice, but I would recommend looking elsewhere. Additionally, it's 2019 and this establishment does not accept card payments. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ramside Hall Spa for my wedding anniversary and wanted to share my honest review. Overall, it was a lovely day, but there were a few areas that could use some enhancement.

Visited this piercing studio last August for a helix piercing. They did not use a clamp, failed to check my ID, and suggested using a gun (I requested a needle for cartilage). Despite following all aftercare instructions, the piercing became infected and caused significant pain. Over a year later, as I started a new college course requiring removal of the piercing, I visited another studio for new jewellery and a change. I was informed that my ear had been poorly pierced at an angle, making reinsertion challenging.
