Extremely disappointed with my visit. Mia was tardy, provided no consultation, and completely disregarded my specific requests for my haircut. The result was a haphazard mess of uneven lengths, with one side longer than the other and a chunk inexplicably missing. The styling was unbalanced, leaving my hair unruly and difficult to manage. Seeking a refund only led to confrontational behaviour from the salon staff. I strongly advise against visiting this salon for curly hair needs. Visited this piercing studio last August for a helix piercing. They did not use a clamp, failed to check my ID, and suggested using a gun (I requested a needle for cartilage). Despite following all aftercare instructions, the piercing became infected and caused significant pain. Over a year later, as I started a new college course requiring removal of the piercing, I visited another studio for new jewellery and a change. I was informed that my ear had been poorly pierced at an angle, making reinsertion challenging.
