Undoubtedly the finest customer service in any Boots store and even surpassing most other retailers. Emma from No7 is exceptional. There is also another individual who previously worked in the Healthcare department and has now transitioned to cosmetics, any store would be fortunate to have her. I didn't catch her name, but she has tattoos and an undercut. Incredibly helpful, offering great advice. I've had my nails done twice here, but I'm not satisfied. They work quickly but lack quality. The first time, a boy damaged two of my fingers with a tool, and this time, a girl damaged my middle finger. It's really painful and disappointing! I can't stand to look at my nails, especially the thumb. I think I'll go somewhere else to have them removed tomorrow. I can't go on holiday with nails that I'm not happy with. I won't be returning.About

I scheduled a session with Emily due to discomfort in my shoulder and neck. Emily exudes a calming presence, and her studio exudes tranquillity. She focused on my neck and shoulders, and after the session, my pain had vanished! In fact, on my drive back, I had to readjust my rear-view mirror because I was sitting taller without the tension in my shoulders. Thank you, Emily!

She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and aimed for the best for my hair given the residue from previous dye jobs, ensuring I left with optimal results for this initial stage. A very professional and engaging approach. She also provided reassurance as I was a tad anxious about trying something new. Jules and Jaimie were equally delightful and supportive. I must mention, it is rather costly, £70 for the full treatment, slightly higher than other UK spots where I thought it was cheaper... much pricier than 12 years ago, but quality matches the price, and I'm receiving numerous compliments! Will return in 8 weeks for more of this experience!
