There is also another individual who previously worked in the Healthcare department and has now transitioned to cosmetics, any store would be fortunate to have her. I didn't catch her name, but she has tattoos and an undercut. Incredibly helpful, offering great advice. I've been a loyal client of Kerry for years for both haircuts and colouring - it's always a fantastic experience. It feels like catching up with a friend during the appointment, and the added bonus is leaving with fabulous hair! The booking system is efficient, and the communication is great. Coming from outside East Kilbride, I appreciate the various parking options nearby, and the salon's proximity to the bus station. If I could, I'd give more than 5 stars!

I was pleased to discover they have a wonderful new bed, which Alex enthusiastically demonstrated every detail of its functionality and excellent features. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere for a sunbed, given the fantastic prices, offers, and the always cheerful staff. First trip to Zingzang in 12 years. Incredibly lively, attentive, and easy to chat with team. Had my hair styled by Bobby. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and aimed for the best for my hair given the residue from previous dye jobs, ensuring I left with optimal results for this initial stage. A very professional and engaging approach. She also provided reassurance as I was a tad anxious about trying something new. Jules and Jaimie were equally delightful and supportive. I must mention, it is rather costly, £70 for the full treatment, slightly higher than other UK spots where I thought it was cheaper... much pricier than 12 years ago, but quality matches the price, and I'm receiving numerous compliments! Will return in 8 weeks for more of this experience!

I scheduled a session with Emily due to discomfort in my shoulder and neck. Emily exudes a calming presence, and her studio exudes tranquillity. She focused on my neck and shoulders, and after the session, my pain had vanished! In fact, on my drive back, I had to readjust my rear-view mirror because I was sitting taller without the tension in my shoulders. Thank you, Emily!
