First trip to Zingzang in 12 years. Incredibly lively, attentive, and easy to chat with team. Had my hair styled by Bobby. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and aimed for the best for my hair given the residue from previous dye jobs, ensuring I left with optimal results for this initial stage. A very professional and engaging approach. She also provided reassurance as I was a tad anxious about trying something new. Jules and Jaimie were equally delightful and supportive. I must mention, it is rather costly, £70 for the full treatment, slightly higher than other UK spots where I thought it was cheaper... much pricier than 12 years ago, but quality matches the price, and I'm receiving numerous compliments! Will return in 8 weeks for more of this experience!

I scheduled a session with Emily due to discomfort in my shoulder and neck. Emily exudes a calming presence, and her studio exudes tranquillity. She focused on my neck and shoulders, and after the session, my pain had vanished! In fact, on my drive back, I had to readjust my rear-view mirror because I was sitting taller without the tension in my shoulders. Thank you, Emily!
