I came across this establishment when a number of my colleagues mentioned they frequent it and have gorgeous hair. I was referred to Charlotte and was not disappointed. She provided me with a cut that perfectly suited my hair type (thick and wavy, challenging to manage). I don't need to style it, it effortlessly falls into the cut she gave me and has held up all Summer! Had a delightful outing with a friend, leisurely exploring all areas of the palace and taking our time to appreciate the surroundings. Despite the slightly damp weather, we managed to spend around 4 hours there, which was sufficient for our visit.
