I was a stranger to these fantastic individuals when I lost my wallet outside their establishment, and the kind owners of the Nail Salon found it and kept it safe. When I returned today, I was amazed to see that they had it. I was about to go ask at all the nearby shops, and I can't express how grateful I am for what they did for me. The new proprietors are incredibly warm and welcoming; my daughter and I are now regular patrons. They consistently do a fantastic job on our nails, which remain flawless for weeks. The experience is always relaxing, and I cannot praise them enough. The salon has been modernised and brightened up, looking fantastic. I came across this establishment when a number of my colleagues mentioned they frequent it and have gorgeous hair. I was referred to Charlotte and was not disappointed. She provided me with a cut that perfectly suited my hair type (thick and wavy, challenging to manage). I don't need to style it, it effortlessly falls into the cut she gave me and has held up all Summer! I've visited this salon twice for a hair appointment. The first time was fantastic - the hairdresser really listened to what I wanted and nailed the colour perfectly. Unfortunately, the second time I had a different hairdresser as the first one had to cancel last minute. Despite showing a photo and asking for the exact same colour, my hair ended up a lot darker. I mentioned it to the hairdresser, but didn't want to make a fuss, especially with the bright sunlight making it hard to see accurately. Now, two months later, I'm really unhappy with the colour. What frustrates me the most is that I specifically asked for the same colour as last time. I must say, I was not impressed with this place. The lack of organization was evident from the start. My initial appointment, which I had confirmed over the phone, was not on their records when I arrived. While I had a good massage with Bee on my second visit, the inconsistency in quality between therapists was disappointing. My most recent booking was rescheduled last minute, resulting in further confusion and inconvenience. After being unable to see my preferred therapist and facing the prospect of being assigned to a therapist I did not enjoy previously, I opted to request a refund and leave. Had a delightful outing with a friend, leisurely exploring all areas of the palace and taking our time to appreciate the surroundings. Despite the slightly damp weather, we managed to spend around 4 hours there, which was sufficient for our visit.
