My experience at the salon was disappointing. I had my hair dyed and layered, but the results were subpar. It was evident that the staff lacked experience. The hair colour did not turn out well, with natural roots remaining dark, creating an uneven tone. The layering was also poorly executed, making it appear as if only half of my hair was short. The pricing was also an issue, as I was quoted £88 but managed to negotiate it down to £80, only to be told at payment that it was still £88. The communication regarding the pricing was confusing and unprofessional. When I reached out to address the unsatisfactory results, I was met with silence from the owner. Despite my follow-up messages, my concerns were ignored.About

I visited the salon today with my sibling and had a disappointing experience. Our scheduled time was 10.15am, but they only began working on our hair at 10.45am. We had to remind them it was time to wash our hair as both employees were engrossed in phone conversations in the back. Furthermore, I was asked to brush my own hair before it was dried. The salon is in dire need of cleaning and updating. After the hair wash, we were left completely drenched. The owner, Nora, is seldom present, and during winter, the place is uncomfortably cold.
