Arrived at 3 pm on a Tuesday, the only barber available is lounging on the sofa. He gives me a peculiar glance and is then instructed by the manager to cut my hair. I clearly communicate the desired length (not too short), but he proceeds to trim it much shorter without confirming. The end result is a complete disaster. I had to resort to wearing a beanie hat. I visited the salon today with my sibling and had a disappointing experience. Our scheduled time was 10.15am, but they only began working on our hair at 10.45am. We had to remind them it was time to wash our hair as both employees were engrossed in phone conversations in the back. Furthermore, I was asked to brush my own hair before it was dried. The salon is in dire need of cleaning and updating. After the hair wash, we were left completely drenched. The owner, Nora, is seldom present, and during winter, the place is uncomfortably cold.
