My experience at the salon was disappointing. I had my hair dyed and layered, but the results were subpar. It was evident that the staff lacked experience. The hair colour did not turn out well, with natural roots remaining dark, creating an uneven tone. The layering was also poorly executed, making it appear as if only half of my hair was short. The pricing was also an issue, as I was quoted £88 but managed to negotiate it down to £80, only to be told at payment that it was still £88. The communication regarding the pricing was confusing and unprofessional. When I reached out to address the unsatisfactory results, I was met with silence from the owner. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach Tamara by phone, I eventually located her shop. However, Tamara's reception was rather cold - no welcoming gestures, just a stoic expression.
