I clearly communicate the desired length (not too short), but he proceeds to trim it much shorter without confirming. The end result is a complete disaster. I had to resort to wearing a beanie hat. The hair colour did not turn out well, with natural roots remaining dark, creating an uneven tone. The layering was also poorly executed, making it appear as if only half of my hair was short. The pricing was also an issue, as I was quoted £88 but managed to negotiate it down to £80, only to be told at payment that it was still £88. The communication regarding the pricing was confusing and unprofessional. When I reached out to address the unsatisfactory results, I was met with silence from the owner. Despite my follow-up messages, my concerns were ignored.About
