Oliver is a top-notch professional. Apart from providing an exceptional service, you can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients. Initially, I was amazed when Oliver recognized that my son participates in football practice just by observing his posture, he clearly has a keen eye. Then he offered me a plethora of advice on how to maintain and style my son's waves, suggesting various products and techniques tailored for curly hair. I also greatly appreciated his friendly demeanour, he addressed all my queries without a hint of impatience (thank you for that, Oliver!).

I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Natalia and they were among the top massage therapists I've ever had, with years of weekly massage in my life. They were efficient and kind, found ALL the places my body needed attention, and checked in to see how I was feeling. They had very firm pressure (which I wanted and was okay with), they did trigger point release and deep massage, and really paid attention to what they were feeling in my body. They also weren't shy to get into areas so massage therapist avoid (glutes, pecks, inner thighs). It was great! I was genuinely thrilled to experience this venue as it boasted stunning vistas. However, the service I encountered here fell short of expectations. The individual who tended to my nails left numerous cuts on my fingers. I sought an infill for my BIAB nails, a procedure I typically undergo to uphold my natural nail strength and facilitate their growth. To my dismay, she excessively filed my natural nails as if it were an acrylic service. Having received BIAB treatments elsewhere, I could discern her lack of expertise. The BIAB material was spilling onto my cuticles and skin. At one juncture, she appeared flustered by her inability to execute the task correctly, prompting her to take a break. Moreover, she was seen rubbing her nose and coughing into her hands while working on my nails, which I found unhygienic.
