I visited the salon to have my nails done, but when I returned home, one was already damaged. It hasn't even been two weeks and my nails are in a terrible state, constantly breaking. To make matters worse, the staff initially said I could pay with PayPal, but upon arrival, they said it wasn't an option. Instead, I had to settle the payment by buying the owner a whiskey.
The only positive thing I can mention is that I gave them another chance, but unfortunately, my nails were ruined on the same day. Oliver is a top-notch professional. Apart from providing an exceptional service, you can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients. Initially, I was amazed when Oliver recognized that my son participates in football practice just by observing his posture, he clearly has a keen eye. Then he offered me a plethora of advice on how to maintain and style my son's waves, suggesting various products and techniques tailored for curly hair. I also greatly appreciated his friendly demeanour, he addressed all my queries without a hint of impatience (thank you for that, Oliver!).

I visited here for the first time today and Chris cut and styled my hair. I wanted a significant amount cut off, I wasn't even completely certain of what I wanted but he did an exceptional job. I've never been more satisfied with a haircut, I adore it! He dedicated ample time to ensure it was perfect and genuinely seemed to be more invested in it than I was! He was also affable and entertaining. Hailing from a culture with stringent standards in beauty and hand care, I found this salon to be a breath of fresh air compared to others in the area. After a disappointing experience at another salon, I needed to restore my nails and received plenty of helpful advice. Currently unable to use shellac or gel due to a damaged nail, but once it heals, I will certainly return.
