I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Natalia and they were among the top massage therapists I've ever had, with years of weekly massage in my life. They were efficient and kind, found ALL the places my body needed attention, and checked in to see how I was feeling. They had very firm pressure (which I wanted and was okay with), they did trigger point release and deep massage, and really paid attention to what they were feeling in my body. They also weren't shy to get into areas so massage therapist avoid (glutes, pecks, inner thighs). It was great! I visited the salon to have my nails done, but when I returned home, one was already damaged. It hasn't even been two weeks and my nails are in a terrible state, constantly breaking. To make matters worse, the staff initially said I could pay with PayPal, but upon arrival, they said it wasn't an option. Instead, I had to settle the payment by buying the owner a whiskey.
The only positive thing I can mention is that I gave them another chance, but unfortunately, my nails were ruined on the same day.
