I’ve been seeing Callum every other week since mid February, with incredible results. I have many years of chronic tension in my body which I had kind of resigned myself to living with, resulting in daily pain, difficulty sleeping and general discomfort. However, I made the decision to try and make a change and after a couple of months of regular sessions I am experiencing genuine relief and slept soundly last night for the first time in a long while, waking up without pain and feeling much better.
Each appointment is tailored to address any discomfort that week, whether minor irritations or more pronounced (intense) pain. Callum adapts his approach in a holistic manner based on what I present with.
The environment is spotless, cosy (more crucial than you might think!) and inviting.
It’s an ongoing journey but one I am pleased to have embarked on. This is my preferred Spa in Glasgow City Centre. The pool is petite but exudes a luxurious and snug ambiance. My mate and I were offered our spa treatments simultaneously in the same chamber and this was executed excellently. The beds were incredibly cosy with ample towels. The massage was simply perfect and the staff genuinely cater to your needs, I have a sore shoulder and it was managed adeptly and the massage alleviated it significantly. The facial was superb and I adored the products utilised. Post the spa treatments, we ascended to enjoy afternoon tea. The eatery staff were delightful and attentive and the cuisine was excellent. Parking is available which is convenient and it's also in close proximity to the railway station for public transport.
