Throughout the session, I felt completely at ease in the clean, tranquil suite, engaging in easy conversation with the professional Tracey. I ventured into your shop today and was attended to by Alex. Alex was absolutely delightful, incredibly courteous and exceptionally helpful. I was disheartened to learn that you no longer offer in-store makeovers as I had mentioned to Alex that I had suffered a severe wrist injury two years ago and am in need of further surgery. It would have been a tremendous confidence boost to receive guidance on applying makeup again, especially with a wedding invitation on the horizon this year. Perhaps experimenting with different colours and products before making a purchase to ensure they suit me. I have been a loyal user of United Kingdom products for many years, but I cannot afford to waste money on shades that may not suit me. I also have to travel to Edinburgh as my local store does not stock all the items I require. Furthermore, I attempted to use your recycling app, only to discover that it does not accept United Kingdom products. Absolutely Ecstatic with the results of my express hydrofacial! I usually come for laser tattoo removal but spotted this on Charlie's Instagram and had to give it a go!! Not only does my skin feel fantastic, I feel much more self-assured! I've shown many of my friends my skin and they all remarked that I look revitalized and rejuvenated! Didn't expect my skin to feel THIS good, I believe 21 years of grime, debris, and whatever else has been removed and I feel as good as new!
