Had a dreadful time in here. Came for the 1st time, wanting to try a new nail shop local to me after a bad experience in Nail Stories (never had a problem in 10+ years of having nails done and then 2 in a row in the last month!) Needed gel removal on feet & new gels on hands. I had grown out my handnails and asked to keep the length but they were filed down completely (could barely see the white on some of them, not even filed evenly, and now 2 of my nails have split where the top was filed so roughly). Felt sorry for the guy as he looked new, they should train them up properly before letting them do nails, or at least ask if you are ok with a trainee. Left without gel on hands as didn't trust them to do it and explained I wasn't happy, got a half apology and then tried to charge me the full price also!! Had some lovely tape in hair extensions fitted with Alex, and they did a fantastic job ensuring they are seamlessly hidden when I tie my hair up. The process was also surprisingly quick! I had a pregnancy massage at the Apinya Epping branch. Grace was phenomenal, this was one of the finest massages I've ever experienced, even though it was a pregnancy massage. She identified my tender spots and dedicated ample time to massage those areas while also addressing pregnancy-related concerns. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly effective.
