I have visited various establishments and while most were satisfactory, Alex stands out as the best I have encountered over the years. The only individual to have almost cleared my back and chest with skincare products and advice, as well as offering waxing/ingrown hair guidance (even though I still experience them, her advice has been beneficial). Her gentle waxing technique, enthusiasm for her work, and amiable nature are commendable. The flexibility of her operating hours is fantastic, especially since I don't drive. The only downside is the loss of payment if you cancel, but I understand the need to support her business.
