I didn't catch the lady's name (she had gorgeous long brown hair!) She was incredibly kind and managed to squeeze me in right away amidst other clients. There was no sense of rush, and she was just delightful. I had previously approached some other hairdressers in the vicinity and downtown, and I know I would have struggled to find someone willing to do a quick fringe trim. Some of them were rather rude and unhelpful, whereas this lady was an absolute gem. The only individual to have almost cleared my back and chest with skincare products and advice, as well as offering waxing/ingrown hair guidance (even though I still experience them, her advice has been beneficial).
