Despite my initial doubts about Bowen therapy, I proceeded with the sessions. Charlie addressed my neck issues and discussed potential causes with me. After a few treatments, I experienced restful nights and reduced neck pain. I am looking forward to booking more sessions. Given that it was a Saturday just before the festive season, it was a bit of a gamble, but I decided to inquire about getting my fringe trimmed. I didn't catch the lady's name (she had gorgeous long brown hair!) She was incredibly kind and managed to squeeze me in right away amidst other clients. There was no sense of rush, and she was just delightful. I had previously approached some other hairdressers in the vicinity and downtown, and I know I would have struggled to find someone willing to do a quick fringe trim. Some of them were rather rude and unhelpful, whereas this lady was an absolute gem.
