Always pleased with the treatments and results, and the atmosphere is always so pleasant, peaceful and welcoming. Sam is a wonderful individual with a wealth of expertise and knowledge in various beauty treatments. My niece and I visited and the younger ladies were delightful, but the older woman was quite rude and unprofessional. The sunbeds were all scratched, and I only received 3 minutes on one as it abruptly turned off, despite paying for more minutes. Additionally, they were quite chilly. My wife and I have been visiting RSH for a few years now. The salon is incredibly modern and clean, with exceptionally skilled staff. Rod & Gill are truly outstanding. The ambiance is delightful, with plenty of friendly banter that never detracts from their professionalism. Having frequented various salons for over 35 years, I can confidently say that this is one of the finest. A huge thank you to Leanne and Sabrina for taking care of us; we will sorely miss this salon as we are relocating back to the Midlands. The selection of products is excellent, although today I didn't find anything new to purchase. I recently had my eyebrows shaped and tinted, as well as my lashes done by Mona at the salon. I must say, the atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, and Mona herself was delightful - so gentle and composed. What truly impressed me were the results on my lashes and brows!
